  • Do you take custom order requests?
    We do accept custom order requests on a case-by-case basis. These requests are reserved for special occasions, such as weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, etc. Typically, this involves a questionnaire and multiple follow ups with the client in order to ensure satisfaction with the order. Because of the time and dedication we commit to your order, we require the order be requested a minimum of 90 days prior to the desired delivery date, along with a 50% non-refundable deposit made prior to order fulfillment. Additionally, there is a minimum number of items that must be purchased with custom orders or a minimum order total of $500, whichever comes first. If you would like to submit a request, please fill out our form, and we'll get back to you within 48 hours.   • How do I track my order?
    Once an order is placed, you should receive an email confirmation as well as a dispatch email with tracking once the item has been posted out. Please allow between 1-2 business days for your tracking number to update. If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your spam folder and add hello@supernovablisscosmetics to your contact list.
  • What is your return policy?
    Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, nor offer refunds. But if you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us at hello@supernovablissco.com and we can determine an exception.
  • When will I receive my order?
    Orders are normally shipped within 1-3 business days and then take an additional 3-5 days to be delivered via USPS. Total wait time from order to delivery is 4-8 business days. Please be aware that your package may be declared as delivered prematurely. If you receive an email that your order has been delivered, but it has not, please wait at least two business days for it to appear. HOLIDAY SEASON: Please allow 5-10 business days for processing before your order ships. I'm a one woman show, so it may take me longer than usual during the holiday rush.
